Hiltonia Constitution and By-Laws
2006 Suggested Revisions
Under a special committee the Hiltonia Association has created a new proposed Constitution and By-Laws for the association to accept. The new documents will be presented at the January General Meeting. The document will then be distributed to the entire neighborhood.
